A consulting practice built where military discipline meets professional excellence.
Founder & Principal · PMI Military Champion, Southwest
Di Nola Consulting is led by a practitioner who has lived both sides of the mission, the discipline of military service and the rigor of professional management. That dual fluency is why our training translates: we turn service experience into credentials, and credentials into careers and stronger businesses.
As a PMI Military Champion representing the Southwest, Dr. Di Nola advocates nationally for military-connected project managers, helping Service Members and spouses see their experience for what it is: leadership, planning, and execution under pressure that the profession values.
Under her leadership, Di Nola Consulting was inducted into the West Texas Purple Heart Trail on National Purple Heart Day, 7 August 2026, honored for its commitment to America's combat-wounded Veterans.
She wears two hats, and keeps them separate: she is the facilitator and host of the free Military Spouse Socials, and an instructor for Di Nola Consulting's paid, authorized courses.
She is also the author of The Metis Factor: The Goddess Who Held the Line, an illustrated retelling of an ancient myth for the modern home front.
The Goddess Who Held the Line · Dr. Gina M. Di Nola
The Metis Factor is an illustrated retelling of an ancient myth, reimagined for the modern home front. It gives a name and a face to the strength that keeps a family whole through deployments, moves, and homecomings, the resourcefulness that turns one paycheck into a full table and fear into a plan. The world calls that strength “just.” This book calls it what it is: Power.
It already lives in you.
Find it on AmazonDi Nola Consulting, LLC exists to close the gap between what the military-connected community already knows how to do and the credentials the civilian world uses to recognize it. We are a training and consulting practice serving two audiences at once, Service Members, Veterans, and Military Spouses building portable careers, and the businesses that grow stronger by hiring them and sharpening their own teams.
Welcome, and thank you for your service. Whether you are earning a certification, finding your community, navigating the resources you have earned, or strengthening a business, our mission is the same: to make sure the right people can find you, believe in what you bring, and act on it.
